If you want to see the entire transformation of this incredible house here you go. Rehabbing this home was very extensive and very expensive. Over 9 – 40 yd dumpsters worth of trash and construction debris.
In the end it turned out beautifully and is an incredible new home that highlights all the good things about the rapidly changing near Eastside of downtown San Antonio!

We also got some incredible photos of the finished product. The astounding thing is to realize how horrible this house was when we started (it was scheduled for demolition). A little sweat and elbow grease sure goes a long way:
